Meet the Founders
Meet Pedro Martin, our dedicated Engineering Head and Co-Founder. With a solid foundation in electronic engineering and exceptional team management skills, Pedro leads our team with passion and expertise, ensuring that our missions are driven forward with precision and care.
Skills and Experience
Boasting over 15 years of experience, Pedro has worked on critical military systems and led teams at the Arsenal Puerto Belgrano within the Argentine Navy.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from UTN-FRBB and is currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial Automation at UBA.
Pedro's strengths include people management, PCB design, parametric software handling, and interdisciplinary team leadership.
Outside of Work
Pedro is a professor at UTN-FRBB, where he teaches courses in Fundamentals of Robotics, Electronics and Control Systems, and Power Electronics.
He is deeply committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and fostering harmony in all aspects of his life.
Eleo Basili is the Product Head and Co-Founder of our company, bringing a wealth of expertise in software development, business strategy, and product management. With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and regions, Eleo is dedicated to driving our company's growth and innovation.
Skills and Experience
Currently serving as the Managing Director at HW Media Lab LLC, where he guides strategic direction and oversees all company operations.
With more than 15 years of experience in software development and management roles across New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and Argentina.
Expert in web development, having worked as a Senior Software Developer and Solutions Architect on numerous corporate and government projects.
Holds multiple certifications and possesses strong skills in programming and solution architecture.

Active contributor to the Open Source community and maintainer of popular projects.
